Every time Ryan wakes up from his afternoon naps the 1st thing he wants to do is hang out with his 'baby sist-a'.

Emma, the mirror and shiny things.
However tacky that big mirror we have in the kitchen is... We have some pretty great shots and fond memories of both kids in front of it. Emma was smittened with herself and squealed every time she touched 'The Other Emma'. Emma also loves shiny silver things... Hmmmm... Just like Mommy :)

Hey! What am I doing up here?
Are you looking at me?
Yes....
Who's that?
Ooooh! I know!

Halloween 2009 – The trick or treating.
Ryan the lion and Cole the swash buckling pirate. Greg, Don, Shari and Terry took both Ryan and Cole out on their very first Halloween together. We have the perfect neighbourhood for it. Everyone really decorates their houses up and the candy/loot they give! Ryan got 2 full size chocolate bars, 2 tubs of Playdough, a deck of "Cars" trading cards and about 50 chocolates all in the matter of 1 block!

Their 1st house... Our sweet neighbour Gwen (Gwen opened the door and Ryan walked right in and made himself right at home... Hahahahahaha....).
Gwen was such a sweetie. She bought special hand decorated Halloween cookies (from Choices Organic Market) just for Ryan and his friend...
"I think I'm getting the hang of this candy giving thing now."
"Woah, spooky door!"
"You knock... No, you knock..."
When I saw this picture taken by Greg, I was like... "What the heck is that standing in the door?!" I would have turned around and ran screaming (and probably wiped out going down the steps to boot)! Whatever that was it looked like from an old Twilight Zone episode! Holy creepy!
The weather could not have been better on Halloween.
Ryan loved hanging out with his Auntie Shari and Uncle Terry.
There's Ryan again... Ready to go right in! He wants to check out all the insides of our neighbours houses just like his Mommy!
These two never tired the entire time they were out... I think the adults were ready to come back long before they were.
Ryan found it necessary to lift up all the pumpkin lids he encountered... Maybe looking for more candy?
Back at 2938 West 15th Avenue.
Home sweet home.
Halloween 2009 – The bull and tea cup.
Shari and Terry were in full holiday spirit... Terry was the HP bull mascot and Shari was Mrs. Potts from Disney's Beauty and The Beast. No kids were harmed/no tears shed in the introduction of these two characters... (LOL!).
"Cut the BS Uncle Terry... I know you're in there."
Halloween 2009 – The friends.
Coles Mom "Jess" brought over Halloween loot boxes for the boys filled with creepy finger lollypops, stickers, a cool skeleton glitter rubber ball, glow in the dark bracelets and more! The boys loved them... Especially the lollypops!
Cole and Ryan... Total buddies... Enjoying each others company and their lollypops...
"I love this flavour!"
"I think I might want to try Coles now..."
"Yup, stolen is always better." "Ryan, this creepy finger is pretty cool."
