Cole's 3rd Birthday Party – The Canada Party.
We drove out to Richmond to our friend Don and Jess's to celebrate Cole's third birthday. Jess made homemade turkey chilli and cheesy cornbread... Yum! Chicken fingers and sweet potato fries for the kids. Coles birthday cake was awesome... A mountain of mini sour cream doughnuts dressed up with Canada flags. After doughnuts followed ice cream cone decorating by the kids... Way too funny. Some couldn't care less about the decorating and concentrated on devouring the ice cream and others just ate the cool decorations and left the ice cream to melt... Ahhhhhhhh... Kids.
"Oh Canada... I mean... "Happy Birthday to you!"
"We didn't do it."
"Hello?"
Shiny orange... Mmmmmm... Oh, if I only could be a little taller...
"I didn't do it either... Don't I look innocent?"
Emma loves balloons...

Here comes the ice cream cones...
Let the eating and decorating begin!

The Noisy Red Chair.
We have two old school chairs, one is black and the other red. The black chair has felt feet on it and makes no noise when pushed, guess which one Emma prefers...

Messy Me.
Avocado still continues to be Emmas favourite food. Her skin will be gorgeous and glowing considering how much she applies to her face and head :)

Valentines Day.
We went for a long walk in our neighbourhood... The Spring flowers are starting to come out... So beautiful especially the ones that grow randomly in peoples lawns...
We could take a thousand shots just of all the amazing trees in our neighbourhood. In the winter, they are like architectural masterpieces, in the fall, the trees are like they are on fire with all the colours they produce, in the spring, they bring us bright chartreuse buds and fresh leaves and in the summer when our windows are open, you can hear the leaves move, in a gentle almost rhythmic pattern, rustling with even the slightest ocean breeze.

OK... What next...
