Today Ryan and I planted a Birch tree in our backyard for Emma.

Evidently, the dirt isn't meant to go back in the hole I dug...
Raking the dirt to make sure it's nice and smooth.

It's amazing how fast newborns grow into babies and babies grow into toddlers and then toddlers grow into little versions of their Mommies and Daddies.
